“My husband, Tim, and I founded ACC International in 2003 and have been thrilled with the growth of the company since its inception. As President of ACC, I have many responsibilities, overseeing all facets of the company and the day-to-day activities of our team of employees. I am also responsible for interviewing and hiring new employees.
“Because ACC is a family-owned company, we are able to focus on quality, not quantity, so we’re able to concentrate on making our customers happy. These aspects of our company set it apart from the competition.
“Getting to work with my husband on a daily basis is what I like best about my job. We live in Exeter with our two sons. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and going to church.”
Tim Avram, Chief Operations Officer
“I founded ACC International, along with my wife Simona, in 2003. As VP of Sales, I manage our sales team and department managers and motivate them to reach their sales goals and targets. My focus is on growing the company, while continuing to offer superior service.
“My personal satisfaction comes from satisfying our customers. My goal is for ACC’s customers to be happy, and I want to hear from customers if something is wrong. I believe that because ACC is not a national company, we’re able to focus on each customer and take the time to make them happy.
“My interactions with ACC’s customers and my colleagues are what I enjoy most about working here. I like the challenge of running a business and being challenged, and I love seeing the progress we’ve made since we started.
“In my spare time, I like spending time with my wife and kids, as well as playing tennis and watching TV, when I have time. I’m also involved in activities at my church.”
Don Nicholson, VP of Sales
“I’ve been with ACC since 2014 and serve as the Vice-President of Sales. My responsibilities include business development and account management. I focus on maintaining a positive relationship with our customers to ensure they are happy with our performance .

Marius Popa, Equipment Repair & Service Manager
“As ACC’s Equipment Repair & Service Manager, I am responsible for a number of activities, including scheduling and assigning techs to jobs, working with customers to coordinate work and making sure they’re happy. I also manage my department and its expenses, make sure parts are ordered and jobs are done, and create estimates for services that fall under my department.
“I think that our professionalism, fair prices and focus on making customers happy are key ingredients that make us stand out from the competition. Working with customers is what I enjoy most about my job.
“I live with my wife, son and daughter in Exeter and enjoy spending time with my family and playing tennis and soccer in my spare time.”
